Price Exceptions Inquiry

The Price Exceptions Inquiry allows users to view all of the price exceptions entered through Price Exceptions for a given customer and item and the effect these exceptions have on the base selling price for the item. This tool enables users to see exactly how the system is arriving at the price that has defaulted when a sales order has been entered for a particular customer, and whether the price exception is a percentage or dollar amount.
